Domain Assets & Leasing
I acquire and lease premium domain names to businesses that understand the right web address is a patient acquisition asset, a marketing channel, and a competitive advantage — not just a URL.
Selected PortfolioAbout
With a portfolio of 200+ domains spanning healthcare, legal, hospitality, and local services, I work with operators, admissions directors, and marketing professionals who recognize that keyword-exact domain names are undervalued real estate in an era of rising patient acquisition costs.
Every domain I lease goes to one operator exclusively. There is no auction, no bidding, no sharing. You hold it as long as the arrangement serves you — and the rate never changes as long as you stay.
I have sold domains and managed digital assets for over two decades. The leasing model exists because I believe the right operator and the right domain belong together.
The Leasing Model
The domain becomes your standalone web presence. You build on it, rank it, list it in directories — independent of your main site.
The domain forwards seamlessly to your existing website. Visitors see the keyword domain throughout their session. Live within 24 hours.
All leases are governed by a plain one-page agreement. Ownership of the domain remains with James D. Savage at all times. Access is suspended immediately upon non-payment — no court required. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the initial term.
A Selection From the Portfolio
A representative selection from an active portfolio of 200+ domains across healthcare, legal, hospitality, and home services. Each domain is leased exclusively to one operator at a time. Inquire about any domain shown — or ask whether a specific keyword exists in the full portfolio.
Inquire
If a domain in this portfolio is relevant to your business, reach out directly. I respond to serious inquiries within one business day.
I will send a one-page lease agreement for your review. There is no obligation until both parties have signed. The domain goes live within 24 hours of execution.
